Based in Miami for over 25 years, Santiago has been a primary force behind some of the most technically challenging and iconic skyline projects in South Florida and the Caribbean.
A "Triple Hurricane" from the University of Miami, Santiago Rodriguez holds a robust academic foundation that uniquely bridges the gap between technical engineering and strategic urban development. His multidisciplinary background is anchored by a Master of Real Estate Development & Urbanism (MRED+U) and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, complemented by dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil and Architectural Engineering. This comprehensive education provides him with a rare dual perspective, allowing him to integrate high-level structural integrity with sophisticated urban planning and financial viability on every project he leads.
